In the event of a refund, where possible the value of the book at time of purchase will be refunded to the same credit or debit card account used to make the initial payment. If the customer paid in cash and is unable to visit either of the bookshops in London, suitable arrangements will be made to the convenience of the customer.
Upon receipt of the returned item(s), Peter Harrington will immediately make arrangements to process the refund. This should take between three and five working days to clear.
The item(s) should be returned to Peter Harrington in the exact state that they were initially delivered. Peter Harrington will cover the cost of the return of any items that have arrived not as described on our website. For all other items, the customer is expected to ship the book back to us at their own expense.
