Signed limited edition prints, artists proofs and rare prints by Joseph Beuys, including Wandernde Kiste, Spur I (Schwimmer unter Wasser), and signed exhibition posters.

Joseph Beuys (1921 – 1986) was a German intellectual and artist widely credited with the expansion of the metaphorical and symbolic connections between natural phenomena and philosophical systems in contemporary Germanic art. His mediums included life-performance, sculpture, watercolour, and a prolific body of work in sketches and drawings.

Throughout his career, Beuys developed an intricate symbolism fuelled by is desire for intellectual exchanges and philosophical progress. An active political leader, he led an unorthodox but successful teaching career, breaking apart the strictures of academia in the pursuit of self-expression for his students.
