This sumptuous volume contains an authorative history of the game, sections on technique, an essay by Hutchinson on the principal golfing greens of the age, and many reproductions of early golf illustrations.







The Clicking of the Cuthbert


The Clicking of Cuthbert is a collection of ten short stories by P. G. Wodehouse, all with a golfing background. It was first published in London on 3 February 1922, and in the United States on May 28, 1924 by George H. Doran, New York, under the title Golf Without Tears, with a few changes for an American readership.
