Inscribed by the author on the front free endpaper: “To Ed, sincerely, Tennessee Williams.” With Tennesse Williams ephemera laid-in, comprising a page of stamps printed with illustrated with Williams’ portrait, a similarly decorated envelope, and a page of typing drills adapted with the term “cocaloony” – a reference to Williams’ play The Gnadiges Fraulein. The book was first published in 1948.
