Small folio (311 x 230 mm). Contemporary black half morocco, titles gilt direct to spines, raised bands, central tool to compartments in blind, marbled endpapers and edges. Illustrated with 250 engraved plates after Gustave Doré. Contemporary bookseller’s/binder’s ticket to front free endpaper verso. A few small scuffs to boards. An excellent copy with bright contents.
