Richard Estes: The Complete Paintings 1966–1985; Richard Estes: Paintings and Prints.
First editions, first printings. Presentation copies inscribed by the artist on the half-titles: “For Helen and Mason, Richard Estes”; “For Helen and Mason with affection, Richard”. With loosely inserted newspaper clippings, exhibition invitations and two invitation cards to a buffet dinner and a cocktail party held at “Stoneledge” (Estes’s house on the coast of Maine) by Estes and his partner José Saenz and hand-written by the latter. These two monographs feature Estes’s photorealistic urban landscapes as well as his lesser-known figurative paintings.
