Graf Zeppelin-Kalender 1933.
A remarkable weekly Zeppelin calendar comprising 52 photographs with text in both English and German. The title page includes a portrait of Count Zeppelin “in the Corridor of His Airship” alongside a biographical sketch. The contents feature photographs of Zeppelins in flight, crew members and technical details (including a fantastic shot of the hydrogen cells filling from within the Zeppelin’s metal frame), passenger accommodations, and many wonderful aerial shots such as New York City’s skyscrapers, the British Parliament, Moscow’s Cathedral of the Redeemer, the Brazilian coast, an Icelandic glacier, the pyramids at Giza, the Swiss Alps, and the Siberian taiga, all taken from above.
