WREN, Percival Christopher.
With illustrations by Helen McKie.
First illustrated and first de luxe edition, number 665 of 1,000 copies signed by the author; Beau Geste was originally published in 1924 and it is no coincidence that this edition followed the success of the silent film version of 1926 (there is a hint of Ronald Coleman about McKie’s depiction of the hero).
