Original blue paper boards, white paper backstrip, dark green morocco letterpiece to spine, fore and bottom edges untrimmed, Profusely illustrated with engraved portrait frontispiece, double-page engraved plate, 6 woodcut borders, 30 historiated head- and tailpieces, 26 initial figures, 5 vignettes to the text. Contemporary library plate to front pastedown. Corners and board-edges slightly rubbed, free endpapers tanned, contents slightly toned.
