First edition, first impression, first issue. Review copy with the publisher’s slip laid in. The 1980 printing contained several printing errors – principally the omission of the 7 terminal lines of “Bristol and Clifton” as well as a sizeable chunk of “Sunday Afternoon Service in St. Enodoc Church, Cornwall”. The entire edition was withdrawn and reissued corrected in 1981.
