Inscribed by Lady Wodehouse on the half title, “with warmest best wishes, Ethel Wodehouse” additional signed by Richard Usborne, noted Wodehouse scholar and Michael Cobb on the title page. This copy was presented to the winner of a competition run by the times which put the reader on the quest of finding the real location of Blandings. The copy comes with numerous clippings from The Times relating to the competition,6 letters between the winner and Chatto & Windus and The Times, including his winning answer.
