2 volumes, octavo. Original green morocco-grain cloth, covers with border blocked in blind, spines lettered in gilt, with gilt bands at top and bottom, brown endpapers, Edmond & Remnant’s binder’s tickets. Bookplates of the British lepidopterist, entomologist and ornithologist Frederick DuCane Godman. Corners very lightly bumped, a hint of foxing to outer leaves, but an excellent set, the cloth bright and fresh.
