Signed by Andy Warhol on the upper cover (rubbed), initialed by Warhol on the Multi-colored pop-up aeroplane; the Paper disc on wire spring, with "The Chelsea Girls" in printed type; the Duodecahedron attached to black string; the 45 R.P.M. flexi-disc with portrait of Lou Reed on playing surface; the Illustration of a nose with two colored overlays on double-folded page; the Large coloured pop-up medieval castle; the Harmonic accordion within folded page which sounds when fold is opened (still working); the Pop-up of Hunt's Tomato Paste can; the sheet of perforated moisture-sensitive tabs.
