Quarto. Original japon backed pink boards, pink endpapers, titles to spine gilt. With the dust jacket. Frontispiece and 24 plates from photographs by the author. Bookplate. Bookseller's ticket to rear pastedown. Boards a little rubbed and darkened at the edges, some small spots to the binding, top corner bumped, free endpapers browned. A very good copy in the remains of the dust jacket, lacking the spine panel, tanned, chipped, and split with residue from old tape repairs to the verso.
