2001: A Space Odyssey [together with] 2010: Odyssey Two.

First UK edition of 2001, & uncorrected proof copy of the first US edition of 2010. Arthur C. Clarke's own copies. Each signed by him on the title page. 2001 has his name and address in Sri Lanka stamped on the front free endpaper, beneath a gold label of the Arthur C. Clarke Foundation. Beneath his signature on the title page is a circular embossed seal with the words "From the Library of Arthur C. Clarke", the contents page has the embossed stamp of the Clarke foundation. Loosely inserted is Clarke's personal calling card, showing his addresses in Sri Lanka and Taunton in the UK, and his own Ex Libris bookplate. The rear free endpaper has a small ink stamp from Sri Lanka Customs. Original black cloth with silver lettering to spine. In the original illustrated dustwrapper. 2010 also has the embossed stamp from Clarke's library beneath his signature on the title page, his bookplate loosely inserted and his stamped Sri Lanka address on the half title.

2 volumes, octavo. Volume I in original black cloth, titles to spine in silver. With the dust jacket. Volume II in the original printed wrappers. Volume I with a few small tape marks to the endpapers but overall very good.
