First edition, first impression. One of a limited edition of 200 numbered copies. Inscribed by the author on the front free endpaper "To Hon. Frederick Hale with high regards of W. O. Fuller. Christmas 1929". Frederick Hale (1874–1963) was a Republican Senator from Maine.
