First edition, single-sheet leaflet, reproducing the text of a letter addressed to Sir George Ritchie "first published in the Morning Leader, The Times, and the Manchester Guardian among other dailies" (Cohen). One of Churchill's contributions to the debate over the Parliament Bill; "Was ever inequality more scandalous? Was ever injustice more glaring? All classes are to have votes; but only Tory votes are to count. All parties may form Administrations, but only Tory Administrations are to exercise power. all men may express their opinions, but only Tory opinions shall prevail. We can submit no longer to this usage."
Octavo. Later red half calf on marbled boards, title gilt to the spine, bulked with blanks. A couple of short splits to the tail margin, but otherwise very good.
