Also published in Danish, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, and Swedish. Contains Churchill's speech on the Navy Estimates of 15 February 1915, which includes his response to Bonar Law's accusations concerning the Admiralty's inefficient use of the merchant ships commandeered for war service. Together with the Foreign Office's reply to the US Ambassador's note concerning the seizure of the cargo of the Wilhelmina bound for Hamburg; and Asquith's statement on naval and military estimates of 1 March 1915. Uncommon.
