Large quarto (298 × 227 mm). Finely bound by Sangorski & Sutcliffe in tan half morocco, spine lettered gilt, raised bands, pale brown buckram sides, marbled endpapers, gilt edges. Full-colour photographic illustrations throughout. Spine with small circular stains in three places, contents fine, an excellent copy.
