First edition, first impression. Very scarce indeed. This particular copy found its way to us in a parlous state - no wrappers signatures shaky. And now it lives again!
Octavo. Finely bound by The Chelsea Bindery in full green morocco, titles and rules to spine gilt, rules to boards gilt, inner dentelles gilt, marbled endpapers, all edges gilt. Some minor spotting to the rather susceptible text block, one corner of the title page lightly creased. Bound without the wrappers in a fine modern binding.
