3 volumes, octavo (175 × 110 mm). Contemporary sprinkled calf, spines gilt in compartments, red morocco labels. Engraved frontispiece and vignette title to volumes I and II, engravings throughout. Ownership inscriptions to front free endpaper and title page of volume I and to contents leaf of volume II. Penned notes to front endpapers of volume I, faint ink note to front pastedown of volume III, cataloguing entries tipped-in to rear pastedown of volume III. Light wear to extremities and mild cracks to hinges of volume III, joints cracked, occasional light foxing and offsetting. A very good set.
