Bound in 18th century full brown morocco, spines faded to antique brown, red labels to spines, decoration gilt, raised bands, panel design and decoration to boards gilt, marbled boards, all edges gilt Engraved portraits, and engraved plates throughout. Rubbing to extremities, small ownership inscription in old hand to title pages, final few leaves of volume III faintly stained, but otherwise an excellent and attractive set in a handsome binding.
