Octavo. Original artificial quarter vellum over black boards, spine lettered in red, top edge gilt others uncut, grey coated endpapers, with dust jacket. Frontispiece portrait of Elizabeth I. Some rubbing to head and tail of spine, endpapers slightly browned with one or two spots to prelims, otherwise internally clean and bright, dust jacket tanned at spine with a couple of chips at edges, a very good copy.
