Considerably expanded and with 6 extra portraits, this edition followed two years after the first. An excellent anthology, includes Brooke, Grenfell, and Thomas, and many others less celebrated. Decidedly uncommon in the attractive Eugene Hastain jacket.
Octavo. Original turquoise cloth, title gilt to the spine and upper board, together with laurel wreath and sunrise device in black. With the dust jacket. Tipped-in photogravure portrait frontispiece - Rupert Brooke - and 25 other similar plates. Endpapers differentially browned, some foxing to the edges, jacket a little rubbed and with a few edge-splits, but overall a very good copy.
