First edition thus, no. 90 of 100 copies on Hollande Van Gelder Zonen paper (a further nine copies were on japon and four on Papier Montval).
Large quarto. Original cream card wrappers lettered and ruled in black and burgundy, all edges uncut, pages numbered in burgundy in original silver paper-covered chemise and slipcase. Frontispiece and 9 plates, with tissue guards, engraved in black, burgundy and red, errata slip tipped-in at end, Black Sun Press advertisement slip loosely inserted at front, numbered 90 of 100 limited copies on limitation page at end. A little wear at extremities of slipcase and chemise, slipcase has a couple of repairs at corners and is missing one edge, internally clean and bright, an excellent copy.
