First edition. Scarce intelligence report - "For Official Use only" - just 250 copies printed, compiling information gathered from military attachés and "other sources." Includes information on Austria-Hungary, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Norway and Sweden, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey and the United States. We have been unable to trace any other copies of this intriguing document. This copy with the ink-stamps of the Royal Army Medical College.
Foolscap quarto.Sewn in the original buff paper wraps, somewhat tattered and now laid down on light archival card. 101 pages, tables. Wraps restored as noted, upper wrap heavily chipped, marginally, but no loss of text, title page slightly soiled, light toning, else very good.
