Rutter, who was the General Manager of the London & Lancashire Fire Insurance Co; Managing Director of the Law Accident Insurance Society and the Chairman of the Standard Marine Insurance Co. This unusual publication gives an 'ad verbatim' account of his lecture, including his use of relative illustrative slides, songs and recitations. A comprehensive list of serving staff members of the companies Rutter was responsible for are listed at the rear.
Octavo. Original green cloth with attractive patterned end papers, gold title lettering to upper board. Slightly rubbing and wear to top and tail of spine, boards and corners, mild toning throughout, but in general an excellent copy.
