Bodies in Space (White).
Edition of 40. Signed, dated and numbered on the verso by Gormley. During May and June 2007, Gormley worked at the print studio of Editions Copenhagen in Denmark on a series of 10 lithographs. He drew on the stones and with the assistance of Master Printer Rasmus Urwald printed the lithographs himself. On this print Gormley used a technique involving mixing the ink with linseed oil imparting great subtlety to the images, which over a period of time will darken.
Combined sheets size: 232 x 78 cm. Stone lithograph printed with white ink mixed with linseed oil on two sheets of 250g Arches wove. Fine condition.
