An engraving of the quintessential shambolic scientific genius, signed lower middle in blue ink by Einstein and lower right in black ink by Muller. The artist was a well regarded printmaker who flourished in Germany during the Weimar period. Signed images of Einstein of this vintage are uncommon.
Sheet size: 265 × 212 mm. Image size 201 × 150 mm. Etching on 1848 charcoal rag laid paper. Presented in a handmade black and moon gold frame. Fine condition.
