This is a review copy," review slip laid in. Schematic of the three pillars in his hand to the verso of the front free endpaper, and his annotations to nine pages. An attractively provenanced copy of an extremely elusive title.
Octavo. Original blue cloth, title gilt to spine and upper board. 3 folding plates at the rear. Ex-Theosophical Society library with their bookplate to the front pastedown together with ticket-pocket, issue slip to the front free endpaper, shelfmark removed from the tail of the spine, which is a little sunned and creased, accession details verso of the title page, but overall a very good copy.
