Octavo. Original blue cloth, titles and decoration to spine and upper board in silver and green, top edge gilt, others uncut. Half-tone frontispiece and numerous engraved illustrations, some full-page. A little spotted on the spine and lower board, cloth rubbed at head and tail of the spine, corners bumped, endpapers marginally browned, text-block lightly so, a very good copy.
