Rare first editions, signed and inscribed copies, deluxe and collectable editions of books issued in signed limited editions and other deluxe formats for the children's gift book market, with separate plates usually but not always colour-printed, illustrated by Arthur Rackham, Edmund Dulac, Kay Nielson, et al., even though the subject matter may not always be suitable for sensitive children (such as Rackham’s edition of Edgar Allan Poe).
