Octavo (186 x 127 mm). Later green calf by Henry Sotheran, raised bands to spine, red morocco labels, compartments richly tooled in gilt with equestrian motifs, double gilt rule border to covers, turn-ins tooled in gilt, marbled endpapers, edges gilt.
Black and white frontispiece with tissue guard and illustration in the text.
Original cloth binding tipped onto endpapers. Boards a little bowed. A very good copy indeed, handsomely bound.
