Octavo (214 x 133 mm). Contemporary quarter calf, rebacked with original spine laid down, tan calf label, spine blocked in gilt, marbled paper sides.
Contemporary doodle to front free endpaper. Some loss to original calf at spine ends, light foxing to initial and final leaves, half-title chipped at head, short closed tear at head of p. vii, yet overall a very good copy.
