Condition
Contemporary ownership inscription to free endpaper, subsequently in the library of Dutch economist J. J. Meltzer, with his pencil signature to the front free endpaper. Cloth slightly marked. Occasional markings in pencil throughout, but a good copy in a slightly chipped dust jacket, spine darkened and a little soiled.
