London: Chapman & Hall, 1925 Stock Code: 97955
First UK trade edition, first impression, originally printed privately at Florence in April 1925. "The text differs from both the privately printed and American editions. This collection of pieces includes Douglas's review of Doughty's Arabia Deserta, a piece on Edgar Allan Poe and a short story entitled "Queer!" a reworking of a story originally composed over twenty years earlier but which had appeared in different guises: as "Something from the Beyond" (1921) and "A Mystery" (1901).
