First edition, first printing. Inscribed by the artist on the half-title: "For David from John Baldessari". This exhibition catalogue was published on the occasion of the Baldessari retrospective at the Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles, 1990. The exhibition then travelled to San Francisco, Washington D.C., Minneapolis, New York, and Montréal.
