Hemingway's second collection of short stories, ten of which were previously published in magazines, is uncommon in the dust jacket. Octavo. Original black cloth, gold labels printed in black to spine and front cover, yellow decorated endpapers, top edge red. With the dust jacket. Housed in a black cloth solander box by the Chelsea Bindery.
Ownership signature to front pastedown and blindstamped to title page. Spine slightly rolled, light spotting to top edge. A very good copy in the dust jacket with toned spine, some short closed tears and a little minor loss to spine ends, rubbing to extremities.
