Oz magazine one of the most important records of the 20th centuryFirst UK editions, first printings. This set is complete with all inserted loose pages as issued. Oz was an independent groundbreaking underground magazine associated with the counterculture of the 1960s. Although it was first published in Sydney in 1963, a parallel version of Oz was published in London from 1967. The Australian magazine was published until 1969 and the British version until 1973. In line with views of the publishers the contents of Oz were not copyrighted.
Issue 8: With Che Guevara poster & Yoko Ono flyer. There were 2 variations of the flyer, in black and white & rainbow, this contains the former.
Issue 11: With Dayglo Martin Sharp 'sticker' cover. There are 5 colour variations, green, yellow, orange, red & pink. This is in green.
Issue 24: With a large fold out poster of Honey Bunch Kaminski.
Issue 30: With fold out posters of Jimi Hendrix and Janis Joplin.
Issue 43: With centrefold Rock n Roll shows advert.
Issue 44: With centrefold Cozmic advert.
