NotesFirst edition, first printing, inscribed copy, of Ginsberg's collection of photographs of his close friends, including Kerouac, Cassady, Burroughs, Orlovsky, Snyder, Corso and Leary; and some of luminaries such as Robert Frank, Basil Bunting, Lou Reed and Ken Kesey; all with revealing descriptive annotations in facsimile. From an edition of 5,100 copies, this copy is inscribed by Ginsberg on the title page, "2/17/94, Allen Ginsberg, for Audrey Gaston", and with a large ink drawing across the title page spread featuring his favoured Blakean "Ah, Sunflower" growing under an "Ah" sun and other celestial shapes.
