First published in 1934, this work comprises a collection of Coward's plays from the 1920s and 30s, namely: "Design for Living" (1932); "Cavalcade" (1930); "Private Lives" (1929); "Bitter Sweet" (1929); "Post-Mortem" (1932); "The Vortex" (1923); "Hay Fever" (1925). It was the first volume in the Play Parade series, which consisted of six collections of Coward's works and was published between 1934 and 1962, with introductions by the playwright.

Spine ends a little creased, pale spotting to top edge of text block. An excellent copy in the slightly chipped jacket, a little loss to ends of spine panel.
