Octavo (179 x 118 mm). Finely bound by W. Barlow in brown morocco, titles direct to spine, raised bands, delicate gilt tooling to compartments, central vertical gilt rolls to boards, with ornate arabesques in gilt to outer half of front board, turn-ins elegantly tooled in gilt, marbled endpapers, small star motifs in gilt to edges.
Monochrome frontispiece, title vignette, and numerous similar illustrations to the text.
Neat ink ownership inscription to front free endpaper verso. A fine copy.
