First edition, first impression, signed by the photographer on the half-title, and including a photograph by Snowdon inscribed by him on the verso "Dear Mr. Evans, thank you so much for your letter & the kind remarks you made about my work yours sincerely Snowdon", and an autograph letter signed from Snowdon "I am so pleased that you liked Born to be Small. Sadly since then many of the people in it have died... I am still in touch with William Shakespeare whose son is now doing work in documentary films. I hope that this note will do instead of an autograph! Yours sincerely Snowdon".
