Notes

First edition in English, first impression, first published in 1922. A composer, Goldenveizer was a close friend of Tolstoy in his youth and transcribed many conversations that they had together, which are collected in this work. According to Woolmer an alternative binding of plain cloth was done for a minority of copies.

Spine lightly toned, slight rubbing to extremities. An excellent copy.
