Octavo. Original green cloth, spine lettered in gilt, front cover lettered in blind, map endpapers. With dust jacket.

Illustrations

Illustrated frontispiece, illustrations and vignettes in the text by the author.

Condition

Spine slightly rolled, spine ends very lightly bumped, small patch of foxing to edges, occasionally extending onto margins, not affecting text. A very good copy indeed in the slightly nicked jacket, spine panel toned, chips to ends of rear joint, dark marking to panels.
