First edition in English in book-form, signed limited issue, number 50 of 50 copies signed by the author and the translator, here additionally signed by the artist Hugo Manning.
A further 250 unsigned copies were also issued. The English translation was first published in the New Yorker in 1971, and originally published in Spanish in Buenos Aires by El Archibrazo earlier the same year.
