Description

Quarto (205 x 155 mm), pp. [xx], 270, [2]. Contemporary sprinkled sheep, rebacked in calf, spine ruled and direct lettered gilt.

Engraved portrait frontispiece, 9 plates.

Condition

Corners worn, inner hinges strengthened with cloth tape. Occasional foxing, more severe towards the end, one or two small burn marks; overall a good copy.
