Description

6 volumes, octavo (189 x 124 mm). Bound by Zaehnsdorf for Hatchards in half calf, light brown cloth sides, raised bands, green morocco labels, top edges gilt, marbled endpapers.

Condition

Small black inkstamps of bookseller and binder to verso of front free endpapers, contemporary ownership inscription to one volume. Spines slightly sunned, occasional light scuff marks to leather, margins of text block gently toned. An excellent set.
