It first appeared as an article in the Fortnightly Review in 1876 and was later reprinted as part of Economic Studies in 1880.

Spine ends and corners bumped, extremities a little worn, boards slightly marked and cockled, hinges gently cracked but firm, otherwise a very good copy.
