Octavo. Original red-brown cloth, titles in gilt to spine, pictorial design of a lop-eared rabbit in gilt to front board, frames in blind to boards.

Illustrations

Monochrome folding frontispiece of the lop-eared rabbit on the front board, 5 similar plates (of which 3 folding), numerous in-text illustrations and diagrams, and 8 pp. publisher's advertisements at end.

Condition

Cocked, spine ends bumped, light soiling to spine, faint foxing to endpapers, else internally clean and fresh; a very good copy.
